What can tennis lessons help me accomplish?
Depending on your goals, the coach will personalise the training to fit your needs. The goals are Improve, Get Fit & Family Fun.
When is the right time to start tennis?
For kids, we recommend starting the lesson after 3 years old. Due to our special equiment for kids, we guarantee that your kid will hit balls over the net from the first lesson.
How can I pay for the lessons?
Payment can be made upfront or in 6 installments with a credit card.
If I start off with one membership plan, can I upgrade to a different plan later?
We are flexible, whenever you feel like you need a to switch your plan, we’ll be more then happy to help you.
Can I reschedule the lessons?
Yes, lessons can always be rescheduled by giving us an sms with at least 24h before your lesson.
How can tennis improve my cardio?
Tennis can be played as a sport or as a recreational activity with friends & family. It has been calculated that an hour-long game of tennis burns around 600 calories.
How can tennis help me build muscle?
The game requires players to move side to side, up and back and hit the ball, moves which help improve arm strength, back muscles and core development.
What's the difference between Bronze & Diamond?
Depending on the coaching experience, at the Bronze level you can find great coaches with a few years experience in coaching and at the Diamond level you can find the best in the field.
